- PARKING AND SEATING: TOPP Lot on Guaranda drive on the HOME side of the stadium is available for HANDICAP and guests who have difficulty climbing steps. A limited number of parking spaces will be available. Parking and Seats are on a first come first served basis.
- HOME SIDE ENTRANCE is available to unload and load HANDICAP and guests who are unable to climb steps.
- HEARING IMPAIRED: An Interpreter will be available in Section H on the HOME side.
- GENERAL SEATING is available on both the HOME and VISITOR sides of the stadium.

GREAT WAY TO GET VOLUNTEER HOURS:
A Volunteer Camp July 17-21, 2017 will be offered this summer based at Memorial Park Community Center. The goal of the camp is to help participants reach their volunteer requirement while providing services around Johnson City. The Camp will be serving at non-profits such as Second Harvest Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity, the Boys and Girls Club, and more throughout the week. If interested, pick up a flyer in the main office.
Seniors – The Check-Out form that you received last week during the Sr. meeting is due NO LATER than May 1st. You may drop it off in the registrar’s office or give it to your Counselor.
Seniors – Don’t forget to check the community service list that is posted in the hallway outside the Registrar’s office. The last day to turn in hours is May 19th.
2017 Color Guard tryouts will be May 1st-5th from 3-4:30 pm in the Grand Topper Hall. If you have questions, please see Dr. Vermillion in the band room.
Senior obligations are now due. Obligation lists are posted in the Attendance Office and in the Registrar’s Office (RM 527). If obligations are not turned in by graduation, you will not receive your diploma.
Any rising senior who would like to be a flag-runner for the 2017 football season needs to pick up an application from Mrs. Hilton, room 509, during 7:40 to 12:00. Application deadline is Tuesday May 9th.
Seniors: All unpaid parking tickets after May 3rd will be listed as senior obligations.
Second Edition, after school tutoring program, will meet for the last time this semester next Thursday, May 4. Summer program will run from June 5 through June 24, 11 a.m. until 5p.m. Monday through Friday. Summer program applications will be available for pickup on Monday, May 1. Seniors, many of you still owe library obligations. All of those obligations must be cleared prior to May 25th in order to receive your diploma. Please check the obligation lists posted throughout the school and take care of any obligations as quickly as possible. Thank you to all of those seniors who owe no obligations or have been responsible enough to clear them already.
The Robotics Team will not meet this week. We will meet every Thursday after this week till the end of the year.
This is recognition week for 9th Grade Academy. We honor those who, during the Third Quarter, have made admirable progress.
92 students have earned Perfect Attendance by having no class absences and no tardiness.
140 students have qualified for Term of Distinction by having earned A’s and B’s in all of their classes.
82 students have qualified for Term of Excellence by having earned A’s in all of their classes.
Teachers and administrators recognize these student’s hard work and dedication. The PTSA has entered these names into a lottery drawing and those prizes were distributed this week. Congratulations to all of our recognized students.
FINAL EXAMS MAY 2017
No final exams will be allowed to be taken early. A zero will be recorded for missed final exams unless student meets the attendance incentive. The only exception would be for Governor’s school or a required school athletic competitive event and must be approved by Ms. RB. MAKE UP FOR FINAL EXAMS is on May 30. Students (grades 9-11) who missed final exams may make up exams with a counselor at 8am in the Odesseyware Lab. After May 30th no final exams may be taken and the zero will remain.
